Thomas F. Williams

Thomas F. Williams Thomas F. Williams graduated from Boston University in 1969 with a degree in government and economics. He then attended Boston University and received a juris doctorate in 1972.In 1991 Thomas received a Masters’ Degree in banking law from Boston University and in 2004 he received his Certified Financial Planner degree from Boston University as well.Thomas has been an attorney since 1972 and specializes in elder law and in real estate law. Thomas has personally supervised more than 39,000 residential closings which includes 1,000 reverse mortgages. Thomas has also prepared approximately 1500 estate plans. Thomas has a weekly radio show at 11:00 a.m. on WATD 95.9 FM in Marshfield and he does a weekly cable television show for public access tv which is shown in 20 south shore cities and towns.

Thomas has been married to his wife, Patricia for over 40 years and has four children and seven grandchildren. Thomas was the former king lion of the Quincy Lions Club and has received the Melvin Jones Award for Excellence in Lionism. He was also involved in Troop 78 of Norwell Boy Scouts. He is currently on the Board of Directors for Bay State Community Services. He has also received a Quincy Medical Accommodation and is a trustee of the Quincy Medical Foundation.

Diane M. Shields

Jason W. Carter

Jason W. Carter Attorney Jason Carter received his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Art from Guilford College in North Carolina with a concentration in English and a minor in International Studies. Attorney Carter's extensive study of the Spanish and Chinese languages included a fourth month study abroad program in Beijing, China.

In addition to his legal work, Attorney Carter is an avid athlete enjoying biking, soccer, kickboxing and mixed martial arts. Another interest of note is his zeal for cooking.

James C. Hoye

James C. Hoye Attorney James C. Hoye joined Thomas F. Williams & Associates, P.C. in 2002 and currently manages the Real Estate Department. Attorney Hoye focuses his practice primarily in residential real estate on behalf of Buyers, Sellers and Lenders. He has been involved in thousands of real estate closings. Before joining Thomas F. Williams & Associates, P.C. Mr. Hoye was employed by Boston Title Services as a title examiner and residential real estate closing Attorney.

Attorney Hoye is a 1994 cum laude graduate of Providence College with a major in Mathematics. He is also a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School. While at Suffolk Law School, he was a member of the Moot Court Board.

Attorney Hoye is a resident of Taunton, MA where he lives with his wife Jennifer and their three children, Jimmy, Abigail and Joey.

Joseph P. Sullivan, Jr.
